1. General Provisions

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required for KYC verification or security reviews.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement for a bonus has been met.

5.3 VIP Program

ace45's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.7%, and the Gold tier up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play. ace45 reserves the right to change the benefits of VIP tiers.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed on ace45, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Carefully verify all information before placing a bet. ace45 is not responsible if a bet is not placed due to a technical error.

6.2 Game Results

The results of all games are determined by a technically neutral random number generator (RNG). ace45 believes in fair play and there is no bias in game results.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, and are clearly displayed during gameplay. ace45 reserves the right to change bet limits in special circumstances.

6.4 Technical Issues

13. Dispute Resolution
